Easy Meetings has been providing free expert advice on meeting room solutions since 1999 and as a completely independent service we are best placed to provide you with a completely unbiased and impartial range of high quality solutions for your meeting room requirements.

Our aim is to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and, most importantly re-assured, in your dealings with us, whether it be in person, by telephone, post or over the internet. However, before we can provide specific advice, we need to have a clear picture of your current situation and what you’re hoping to achieve. Naturally, our recommendations will need to fit in with your own current and longer term meeting room requirements.

Who pays for our Service to you?

Once we’ve established the location of the meeting room solution that best fits your needs, and you’ve decided to proceed, we’re paid directly by the operator of that meeting room venue out of their normal charges. This means that making arrangements through us will cost no more than if you dealt directly with them. Any discussion is completely free of charge and there’s no obligation to take things further. You’re in control at all times and you’ll always know exactly how much your meeting room will cost.

Easy Meetings is a totally independent organisation, which means we work for you and not a specific meeting room operator or agent. This means we work to get the best deal for you and not a third party.

Meeting room operators understand that we are giving totally impartial advice to our Clients. They know that when a Client is using Easy Meetings we will be making several recommendations to a Client and therefore the operator will naturally want to provide the best meeting room solution with the most competitive rate.

All of our advisers are familiar with each operator’s venue and the services they provide. In fact, the majority of locations have been personally inspected by Easy Meetings and so our advisers will only recommend an operator or location that meets our high standards and your expectations.

Is my online search totally unbiased?

You can browse the details of all locations and companies we deal with worldwide. Once you are happy with your choice, you can choose to have further details emailed/posted to you or arrange to visit your choice of meeting room venues for an inspection.
